Drop-in Pottery Sessions
No membership, no strings attached — just pottery when it suits you.
Our Drop-in Sessions run every Thursday from 11am–5pm.
Pop in, get muddy, make a mess, and (maybe) make something beautiful. You’ll have access to pottery wheels, handbuilding tools, buff clay, oxides, underglazes, and glazes.

These sessions are perfect if you already have some pottery experience and want the freedom to create without signing up for a course. A technician will be around for light guidance if you need it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I drop in if I’ve never done pottery before?
Yes! If you’re completely new to pottery, I can walk you through a particular technique to get you started. It’s £20 for the first hour and £10 for any following hours.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is recommended to make sure there’s space, but if it’s quiet you’re welcome to turn up on the day.
What should I bring?
Just wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit messy — aprons and all materials are provided.
Can I keep what I make?
Absolutely! You can choose to have your pieces fired and glazed — firing costs start from £1 depending on size.
